Order Inspection

• You are welcome to inspect your order upon delivery before accepting it.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are not accepted once the order has been received.

• However, if you receive the wrong product, phone model, or design due to an error on our side, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

Product Warranty

• All phone cases include a 2-month warranty covering:

  • Peeling of the printed design.

  • Significant color fading under normal use.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, scratches, exposure to chemicals, or normal wear and tear.
